SA’YANG HAIR – Service Menu Policy

At SA’YANG HAIR, we strive to provide exceptional service and a luxurious experience for every client. To maintain fairness, transparency, and quality standards, the following policies apply to all services listed in our service menu:

1. Pricing & Service Menu

  • All prices may vary depending on hair length and thickness.

  • Service prices listed are base rates. A consultation will be conducted before each service to confirm the final quotation.

  • Promotions, packages, and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

2. Consultation & Customization

  • Complimentary consultations are provided before services. Stylists may recommend additional treatments or services based on individual hair needs.

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or previous chemical treatments.

3. Deposits & Bookings

  • Selected services may require a deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited to rescheduled appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to salon availability.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or a service charge of up to 50% of the booked service.

5. Service Guarantee & Adjustments

  • Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a complimentary adjustment at the discretion of the stylist.

  • Adjustments do not apply if clients attempt to fix or alter the service elsewhere after their visit.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds for services, packages and on discounts rendered.

  • In the event of dissatisfaction, our policy is to rectify the service with a complimentary adjustment.

  • Product purchases may be exchanged within the same day 12 hours of purchase and none refundable.

7. Children & Guests

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Due to limited space, we kindly request that only clients receiving services remain in the salon seating area.

8. Time & Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes applies, after which services may be extended.
